  • Service providers and subcontractors: We may share information with vendors and subcontractors who perform services on our behalf — such as customer service, scheduling, installation, IT and hosting, payment processing, or text-message delivery — solely so they can provide those services to us, and under obligations of confidentiality. These parties are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
  • Messaging providers and carriers: To deliver the text messages you request, we share the information necessary with our messaging platform provider(s), SMS aggregators, and the mobile carriers involved in transmitting the messages.
  • Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eco Smart LLC, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this Privacy Policy.

All of the above uses exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties other than aggregators and providers of the text message services.
